The following is a list of Travel Demand Management -"TDM" - conditions established by the applicant to reduce the amount of automobile traffic from the development. These conditions may include employee incentives to encourage a reduction in automobile travel. If these benefits are no longer available, please contact the Cape Cod Commission Chief Regulatory Officer or Senior Planner at (508) 362-3828.

1. Preferential parking for ridesharing employees.

2. Flexible work hours for ridesharers.

3. Transportation upon demand to and from the Bourne Rotary bus stop for employees traveling by public transit.

4. Create and/or maintain a web page to encourage customers to view vehicles online and include the web address in advertising efforts.

5. Designated preferential parking for ridesharing employees.

6. Provide a dedicated lunch room with appliances to reduce employee lunch time trips.

7. Provide a bike rack on site.

8. During the life of the project (20 years) the applicant shall provide transportation upon demand to and from the Bourne Rotary bus stop for employees traveling by public transit and flexible work hours for all ridesharers.
