DIRECTORY OF CAPE COD WALKING TRAILS
(as of December 2008)

The following map indicates public walking trails and public transportation routes on Cape Cod.
Ninety-five public walking trails are displayed on the map, along with descriptions of the trails, pictures,
and links to more information about the individual trails. Of the 95 trails, 34 are within 1.5 miles
of a public transportation route stop on Cape Cod and are labeled with a GREEN walking icon.

MAP KEY:
BROWN Walking Icon: Public walking trails that are not near a public transportation route.
GREEN Walking Icon: Public walking trails that are within 1.5 miles of a public transportation route.

The GREEN Option

When you've decided which nature walk you'd like to try, Google Maps provides you with directions (the default is by car) on how to get to the trailhead. The GREEN Option is to change "by car" to "by public transit" on the left-hand side of the Full Featured Google Map.

Then, if feasible, Google will provide walking times and bus routing information for you to go GREEN to go walk! Complete schedules and fares are published at the Cape Cod Regional Transit Authority's "www.TheBreeze.info" website. Get ready to Walk & Roll!
