Provincetown Gateway Project

Public Information Page

This project will develop a facility which will serve as a linkage between the expanding ferry service at MacMillan Pier, local transit service, intercity bus service, and potential shuttle services to the Provincetown Airport . The facility has the potential to be developed as a joint private/public partnership with the local chamber of commerce, local businesses including whale watch companies, and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA).

Currently a proposal to relocate the existing municipal parking adjacent to the piers and construct a waterfront park along with the gateway is being considered.
